Carlos Rodríguez-Villa Förster takes up EBIC Presidency

Following professional changes, Arne Pingel has stood down from his role as EBIC’s President after two years. Vice-President Carlos Rodríguez-Villa Förster has been appointed by the Board to fill this position until the next General Assembly of EBIC in accordance with EBIC’s statutes.
We would like to thank Arne on behalf of all EBIC members for his leadership over the past two years and to wish him luck in his future endeavours. He has been an inspiring, inclusive leader and EBIC has flourished during his term as President.
We are delighted that Carlos has agreed to serve as President until our next General Assembly in June, when there will be a formal election . His commitment to EBIC and clear vision for the future will serve the association well.
