EBIC’s Vision, Mission and Values developed from the strong culture which we leverage to help us to achieve our goals. We represent the plant biostimulants industry, and our members identify with our culture and values.

Our vision

EBIC’s vision is sustainable agriculture supported by the global adoption of plant biostimulants.

These innovative products are essential to the future of sustainable agriculture, as they contribute to solving many of the challenges faced by farmers and the food supply chain. We believe that when policymakers and regulators create a level playing field, enabling access to all biostimulants for all farmers, our food systems will take a leap forward towards sustainability.

Our mission

EBIC’s mission is to promote plant biostimulants as essential to advanced food systems, providing education, advocacy, and support to members, policymakers, and farmers.

Our work encompasses a range of activities which support the plant biostimulants industry. Our mid-term strategy details our goals in four areas, and our seven project teams each have an agreed workplan to deliver the strategy.

Our values

EBIC’s values were developed by our members and published in mid-2024. The behaviours that correspond to each value are relevant to all members and to internal and external stakeholders.
