DIACHEM S.p.A. is controlled by GMP group (holding company owned by the Dubbini family) which also holds the majority of PIRECO Productie B.V, a Dutch company specialized in the research and production of natural biostimulants and products based on plant extracts.

DIACHEM holds registrations of agrochemicals in Italy as well as several European and non-European countries. DIACHEM’s registrations are also distributed to third-party companies.

DIACHEM produces for its own brands and for many national and multinational companies in the industry. DIACHEM manufactures agrochemicals, fertilizers, and organic products at its production plant in Caravaggio (BG).
